Jana joined us as Practice Manager in 2023, bringing a diverse wealth of expertise and experience with her. She started her career in dentistry as a dental nurse. She then moved to work for a high street pharmacy chain, ending up as a troubleshooting adviser on the management of their services. With a passion for health & fitness, she nest progressed to run a fitness facility. She's also a qualified Pilates instructor and still finds time to take early morning classes!

Jana has a strong desire to implement any changes required to ensure the highest levels of patient care and satisfaction, plus staff welfare, while also maintaining compliance with the ever changing demands of mandatory requirements in dentistry.

We're delighted to have attracted her back into Dentistry so that both patients and staff may benefit from her experience and leadership qualities.
